2018 harvest season proved to be a challenging one in many ways and especially for our bees. We had a very wet early winter then went into drought condition. In addition, we and several other vineyard owners decided to plant new vineyards and remove fallow land. The low rainfall and reduced vegetation reduced the yields to record lows.
