Winemaker Notes:

The nose displays notes of dark cherry, baking spice and dried plum. The mouth is filled with earthy, dark berry flavors and a dry finish.

Our Dolcetto comes from Fox Hill Vineyard, a 150-acre ranch owned and managed by Lowell Stone. Located 8 miles north of the town of Hopland along the banks of the upper Russian River and sitting at 900 feet of altitude on a west-facing slope. This site provides outstanding conditions for  growing this red varietal.
