The nose displays notes of Meyer lemon and honey, with a hint of petrol in the background that is so distinctive of this varietal. The palate is lean and shows great amount of natural acidity that contributes to a bright and crisp finish.
Our Riesling comes from McFadden Farm and is located in the cool grape-growing region of Potter Valley at the northeast end of inland Mendocino County. This Riesling vineyard block has a rich history and is certified organic. McFadden Farm has the oldest Riesling vineyard block in Mendocino County, planted in 1970.
